All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped to United Kingdom, USA,Canada, Europe and Australia will take 2 to 4 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and offer free delivery on all orders.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note jewellery has a 15 day return policy. Food is non-refundable or exchangeable.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out the returns form by clicking returns.

Clean with care. Don't put in Washing machine. Only hand wash.
